I think I've finally settled into the life of a fisherman! It was pretty rough at first, it's weird getting used to being out at sea all the time and Jeff and I had trouble catching anything. It got pretty frustrating and Jeff even wanted to give up after a month...good thing I managed to talk him out of it, though, cause now we're doing much better! He'd feel pretty silly if he'd quit just before things got good!

We also had to replace a crew member cause he kept drinking and picking fights and didn't do any work, he was just in it for the money. He didn't even seem to cut up about being let go, either, so it's no big loss for anyone. The rest of the guys are pretty decent...they're a little lazy sometimes and a few of 'em like telling awful jokes all the time but they get the job done.

So yeah! That's why I haven't written in so long, we've been busy out here!
